Pierre-Marc Asselin was born in Alma. A doctoral candidate in literary studies (UQAM), he has already published a collection of short stories, Reliques profanes (Boréal Editions, 2021, finalist for the Prix Adrienne-Choquette), as well as articles in numerous periodicals. He teaches literature at college and university levels.
