Yanick Paquette is a Quebec artist who has worked on series such as Batman, Superman, Justice League of America and Wonder Woman for DC Comics. He also collaborated on Ultimate X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, Spiderman and Wolverine for Marvel. Thanks to a particularly obvious sense of detail in action scenes, along with his mastery of storytelling, he was able to work with renowned screenwriters such as Alan Moore on Terra Obscura and Grant Morrison for Seven Soldiers and Batman Inc. He's currently participating in the DC Renaissance since he illustrates Swamp Thing on scripts by Scott Snyder.
