About Paul Bordeleau
Paul Bordeleau feeds on subjects that preoccupy and inhabit him: exile (Faüne), the father-son relationship (Le 7e vert), the issues and mal de vivre of a fringe of society (Pour réussir un poulet, based on Fabien Cloutier's play). For Hypo, he was inspired by the grandiose setting of Iceland, and the idea of taking one's destiny into one's own hands. Paul draws and designs his books and illustrations at La Shop à Bulles workshop, located at La Maison de la littérature in Old Quebec. He is left-handed.
