Sylvain Rheault has been an associate professor at the University of Regina since 1998. He co-authored, with Bernard Dupriez, an interactive CD-ROM dictionary entitled Genres littéraires et figures de style (1998). He published Le Style de Poisson d'amour by Didier van Cauwelaert at the Peter Lang Edition (2004) and Rediscovering French Science Fiction, in partnership with Philippe Mather at Cambridge Scholars Publishing (2016). His research focuses on 20th-century French literature, rhetoric, stylistics and the comics of all cultures (European, Asian and North American).
