About Camille Perron-Cormier

Camille Perron-Cormier is from Dieppe, New Brunswick. After graduating from the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in arts and design with a concentration in comics, she moved to Moncton, where she illustrated two children's books published by Bouton d'or Acadie: Adieu, Jacoby! written by the trio Renée Guimond-Plourde, Danielle Guimond and Mélanie Plourde, and Sous mon bateau, written by Chantal Duguay-Mallet. In 2023, she published her first comic book with Éditions Bouton d'or Acadie: SOS sorcières, the first volume in the Crapaud et Romarin series, which won the Éloize Découverte de l'année award in 2024. The sequel, Maude et le spectre, was recently released in January 2025.
