Richard Écrapou (pseudonym of Richard Beaulieu) is an author and illustrator of children's books. Also known as Richard Suicide for adult comics, Richard Écrapou illustrated the three books in the Méchant Far West series published by Monsieur Ed, as well as several other titles, including Margot veux une moustache published by La Bagnole. He is currently working on his next album, Rototo et le club des nouilles, scheduled for release in October 2025.
