Artist, designer, illustrator, animator and now author, Caroline Lavergne is a self-taught artist, carrying her pens and watercolours everywhere she goes. She puts the world around her on paper, from the alleys of Montreal to the artisan districts of Tokyo, via the taiga of the North Shore. Her work has been seen in the pages of different magazines and newspapers. She is, among other things, the illustrator of the book Les platanes d’Istanbul, by Tassia Trifiatis Tezgel (Les éditions du Passage, 2018) and the director of the animated sequences of Les Ambassadrices (Radio Canada, 2022). Le film de Sarah is her first comic book.
