CALL FOR PROPOSALS 2018
Greetings everybody!
The 7th edition of the Montreal Comic Arts Festival (MCAF) is coming soon and we want YOU to be part of it.
Since 2012, YOU have made this celebration of comics possible while also allowing us to exist, so we want to say ‘thank you’ by giving YOU the opportunity to create the workshop of YOUR dreams!
This year, we’re looking for participants like YOU (whether you’re bankers, bakers, truckers, or artists) to organize and run great workshops related to diversity and careers in comics. From computer programming to DIY classes, or environmental awareness and mindfulness… YOU decide!
Here’s what you need to apply:
- Experience in organizing and running a workshop
- A great idea linked to comics
- A plan for your 45-min workshop
Write to (virginie.mont-reynaud@fbdm-montreal.ca) to submit your project before Friday, February 9th at midnight.
Projects will be evaluated based on merit and each participant will receive compensation. Confirmation will be sent only to chosen participants, no later than one week after the deadline.
