With the flick of a pen, embark on a journey into the world of our comic artists. Thiago plays the game of the drawn interview, stroke by stroke! Thiago Souto began his career as an independent artist in 2013, contributing to anthologies and self-publishing works such as Mikrokosmos, released in 2014. From 2016 onwards, he began publishing his works through various publishers, including Time Lapse, Por Muito Tempo Tentei me Convencer de que te Amava, and Labirinto (Maze for the English edition and Anamnèse for the French edition). He received multiple nominations for the HQ Mix Award and won the Ângelo Agostini Award in 2017 for Labirinto. Labirinto was later published internationally in three foreign editions: by the Polish publisher Mandioca in 2019, by the North American publisher Dark Horse in 2022, and by the French publisher Bubble BD in 2024. In 2022, he released Naukan through Ugra Press and Salada de Frutas (Balão Editorial), his first children’s book. In 2024, he published O Teatro Fantasma, his latest and most ambitious work to date.
